The Belgian entrepreneur Herman Verstapen and his partner Janette Videva will be investing between 8 and 10 mln Euro in a project for creating 60 one-family houses on an area of 105 decares near Plovdiv.
The partners plan to sell them to foreign investor teams that work in the industrial area of Radinovo, located in the Maritsa Municipality, and contains large industrial facilities of Liebherr, Socotab, Schneider Electric, Steka Electronic, AgriM, etc.
