85th anniversary of Georgi Partsalev's birth

The unforgettable actor was born in the town of Levski in 1925. The future actor graduated from the high school in his hometown. Later on he was admitted to study for a medical doctor.
Meanwhile Partsalev started playing on the stage. After five years of studying, he abandoned the medical studies and after a short training at a few theaters despite his lack of experience in 1956 he was one of the first actors appointed at the new established Theater of Satire.
For those who have seen him on the stage is impossible to forget his acting in Mihal Mishkoed /Mihal the Mouse-eater/, Golemanov, Revizor /The Inspector/ Smartta na Tarelkin /Tarelkin’s Death/. In 1958 he acted in a movie for first time in Liubimets 13 /Minion 13/. Other famous movies are Kit /Whale/, Petimata ot Mobi Dik / The Five from Moby Dick /, S Detsa na More /At the Seaside with Kids/, The Prince’s Thirteenth Fiancee.
Partsalev died in Sofia at the age of 64.
