The Plovdiv Mayor, Dr Ivan Chomakov and Luka Stanchev, Chairman of the Plovdiv Citizen Club, have organized a round table discussion on Oct.11, Thursday, at 11 am in the TrakArt Culture Center. The topic of the discussion is “Teaching Religion in Bulgaria”. A large number of teachers, public figures and religious representatives are expected to take part in the discussion.

The Chairman of Parliament of Lithuania, Mr Victoras Muntianas, is expected to visit Plovdiv Oct.11, 2007, Thursday. He will be accompanied by an official delegation. The guests are expected to visit the Old Town, meet the Plovdiv Mayor, Dr Chomakov, and the Regional Manager, Todor Petkov.
