News about Richard Zastrow, a good friend of Plovdiv and Bulgaria

2/22/2010 4:36:13 AM

PlovdivGuide.com received an email from a relative of Richard Zastrow, the founder of PlovdivCityGuide.com, letting us know that Richard had had a very severe stroke and his chances of recovery were very little indeed. His nephew wanted Richard's friends in Bulgaria to get the news about him.

Richard spent several years living in Plovdiv, he loved our city and created his website to tell the world about it. Richard got back to the US in 2004, living in Garnett Kansas, where he was working on another website giving information of Bulgaria - All Bulgaria Virtual Guide (http://www.abvg.net/).

Our thoughts are with Richard and we wish him to recover soon.
