The prices of real estate properties on the territory of Plovdiv have significanty gone up - by 46.5% for the period January-December 2007, compared to the 30% increase of real estate prices for the rest of the country.
The prices per sq.m. for properties in the central part of Plovdiv have reached the evel of 930 Euro per sq.m. The prices for 2008 are predicted to go up again, but at slowlier pace.
