A discussion-meeting is taking place at the Plovdiv International Fair to discuss the opportunity for creating regional organizations of wine producers, or the so-called “wine clusters’.
The discussion includes representatives of the “Trakia” Regional Vine-Growing and Wine Chamber, Ministerial Council experts and representatives of the Delegation of the European Commission in Bulgaria.
The main idea is the 25 wineries in the Plovdiv Region, together with the owners of the 20 hotels and 50 restaurants, to create tourism routes in three major directions, as reported by the businessman Konstantin Madzharov.
