The construction of about 17 luxurious houses located around the Plovdiv Rowing Canal is about to start. The initial date is set for April 20th, as reported by Ms. Yana Mace, owner of the "Simeon - Real Estate" Agency. Ms. Mace has been appointed to manage in Bulgaria the funds of the investor group - the British Investment Fund "West Hill". The houses are going to be made of glass and wood, designed by Bulgarian and British architects, and will be executed by the Plovdiv company MIG Engineering.
