The traditional fair “Year of the Forest” opens door in the city of Plovdiv. The event has been marked since 1925 and always during the first week of April. The slogan this year is “The forest tomorrow – our concern today”. Some awards will be given away. Among them are “Forester of the Year”, “Contribution to forestry practices”, “Best forest guard”, “Media contribution to forestry issues” as well as “Active syndicate and social partnership”.
