International Photographic Meeting 2009 opens tomorrow in Plovdiv
This year's photo event has the motto "Social Themes" - the event, running from Oct.16 to 31, is part of the Fall Salon of Arts 2009 in Plovdiv.
The official opening is Friday, 5 PM, at the Balabanov House Museum in the Old Town.
