Bulgaria is expected to start negotiations in 10 days? period about the withdrawal of BG troops from Iraq, as reported by the BG new Foreign Minister, Ivaylo Kalfin. He also pointed out that the BG new cabinet is expected to pass the basic laws for all reforms required by the EU by the end of September.

US Aid has developed a project to help the people suffering from the heavy floods in many BG regions (see the photo above). The project schedules the homeless people to be accommodated in new shelter homes by the beginning of October. That was reported by the Natural Disaster Management Minister, Emel Etem. The solution will be easily constructed wooden houses with good insulation to be built up.
