The 13-year-old Plovdiv boy, Georgi Martinov Mitev, took the secons place and was elected the best BG player at the Open Youth Bowling Championship that took place in Sofia today. The winner, with an advantage of only 2 points, is a kis from neighbouring Greece.
Apart from playing bowling, George also loves plaing computer games... (see the photo above)

Thanks to the achievements of the brilliant young mathematicians of Plovdiv, our city turned into the centre of Mathematics for a couple of days. On January 14th and 15th, Plovdiv hosted the Mathematics and Informatics Students' Council National Conference. High school students from all over the country presented their Mathematics and IT projects.
