Today, Oct.3, an atractive festival of street arts is taking place under the slogan "Plovdiv - The City of Graffiti". The central park in Plovdiv "Tsar Simeon's Garden" will serve as an open-air arena for graffiti lessons, skateboard competitions and concert scenes.
