Histo Georgiev, representative of the Strikers Club, won the first round of the qualifications for the 2008 State Bowling Championship.
The qualifications took place November 17 and 18 in the Exclaibur and Aqualand Bowing halls in Plovdiv. 117 contestants from 13 clubs took place int he championship competition.
