The Italian company "Rimini Gas" got the 35-year concession for gas-supply of the so-called "Trakia" Region of the country, with Plovdiv as the centre of that region. "Rimini Gas" has guaranteed the concession with 200 milion Euro. The gasification of Plovdiv is supposed to be completed in the year 2010. The connection of each household to the central gas system will cost about 200 BGN, plus the purchase of the necessary equipment and installation.
