The amount of 170,000 BGN are going to be distributed in the Plovdiv Region for covering the losses of the first wave of the floods. The funds are to cover largely the needs of the town of Peroushtitsa as well as towns and villages along the Stryama River. The Regional Manager, Gyoka Hadjipetrov, reported that the losses in the region are estimated to over 5 million USD.
