Logically the snail stands on the logo... The world slow eating movement called "Slow Food" finally settled in Plovdiv as well. Wine-producers, restaurant owners and businessmen from all over the country came to the Old Town of Plovdiv to found that gourmet club at their first official meeting at the restaurant of the Old Town hotel "Hebros".
