International discount cards will be released by Student Councils of Plovdiv colleges and universities.

Discount is valid for traveling, shopping, entertainment, sports and studies purchases. The price of the ISIC cards is 5 BGN and it allows students up to 50% discount in BG Railroad transportation, up to 20% at the malls as well as idiscounts n hypermarkets, movie theaters, restaurants, etc.
