Plovdiv Mayor, Dr Chomakov, and Director of the Pulmonary Hospital, Dr Heorgi Blagoev, ofiically opened today the renovated building of the “D. P. Kudoglu” Pulmonary Hospital in Plovdiv.
Plovdiv Municipality has transferred 600,000 BGN of its budget for the renovation of the hospital. The roof and the hydro-insulation were all reconstructed, as well as the plastering of the three floors. There is no more a room with more than 3 beds for patients. The TB ward has 90 beds. According to Dr Blagoev, the renovated hospital now meets all European medical standards and requirements.
