It is better to treat drug addicted rather than punish them – that is the change in the legal system the Plovdiv “Mothers against Drugs” Association stands for. On the occasion of the World Drug Fighting Day today, the Association has organized signature collecting campaign in support of decisive actions against the uncontrolled drug market and for developing more treatment facilities for the drug addicted.
