Urban Development Funds will be created in the cities of Sofia, Plovdiv, Bourgas, Varna, Rousse and Pleven, after signing of a financial agreement between the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works and the European Investment Bank later today.

The funds will be financing urban development projects as parks, parking lots, sports facilities, shopping centers, etc.
